View source for Praktor's Ring of Odd Remedy

A worn plain silver ring inscribed on the inside in Ulmethan script, "Enchanter [illegible] Praktor [illegible] [illegible]".  This item has passed through many hands and has the magical power of Full Restoration, but it is entirely unreliable and has the potential to bring its owner misfortune of any kind, from trivial to mortal.

It was first documented in Avandell by Akhul Talionis, who bought it from a goblin merchant in Ulmeth and subsequently lost it in a game of dice to the famed mercenary captain Jargos.
