Eustacius "Stacy" Voren is a captain of the Black Lantern Squad, a royal intelligence unit attached to the Lothian Guard. Voren is a master of concealment and information gathering. It is unclear whether he is a mage but it is highly likely he employs magical artifacts typically used by the Black Lanterns.
