A proud lord of Belos who was an efficient operative for Argonheim. He eventually commanded their elite unit of assassins abroad, the dreaded Red Blades. He was sent by Argonheim to Dellforth to support that kingdom against Eatonshire.
When Durskow's father and two elder brothers were killed by the great vyrm Grotto, he inherited his family's fortune. Unfortunately, in his absence abroad his fortune was claimed by Deathist XI's priests, who married his only sister off to one of Deathist's cousins and claimed Pavel's fortune's as his sister's dowry. Durskow's wife and legitimate heirs have been held as hostage to one of Deathist's brothers.
Durskow since uses his network of spies and allies to secretly become a constant thorn in the side of Argonheim, stealing from them when and where he can. He knows if he returns to Argonheim he will be tried and executed.
