He led an ambush on a group of fortune-seekers outside of Crowten which killed Magnus, Marius and Gavin Karthos.
His ensorcellment of Gregory Simonson led to that ruler's eventual madness and death at the hands of his own brother, Borric.
Death
Grutek was killed after a company of assassins, led by Prince Borric Simonson and Margaret Kelleck, infiltrated the castle at Larkos and cornered him in the throne-room.
