The armor of Belosian warlord Kuth of Memnod. It originally belonged to his father, Kuthan Pel, and was forged at the smithy on Mount Delemb.
To finance his defeated army's return home after the disasterous siege of Kandorr, Kuth was forced to sell his signature armor to a captain in return for passage to Karad, but not before he cursed it. The captain was later thrown overboard in the armor by his own crewmen. His corpse washed up in Larkos weeks later with only the breastplate and was found by a smith, who secured it in his home. The smith's home was breached by the creatures in the mists of Larkos and he and his entire family disappeared. The breastplate was stolen from the smith's home by Tasselhof Kelleck and traded for an enchanted ring to Jargos Ostrander. Jargos was later murdered by Kes Alaric and the breastplate stolen. Alaric in turn was killed by Mayfn Maelost, who carried the armor briefly before being killed by Carlo of Treefall. Alaric was buried in the breastplate outside of Larkos.
