Due to their crimes on the Isle of Bereth, their charter and members are outlawed there under penalty of death. Their charter is also heavily restricted by the Aelda in Glen Inyare and Kel Doras.
Many of the corpses of their dead line the shores of Dellforth along The Grievous Fence.
