Quaitha

City in the Clouds

A large city-in-the-mountain of the Ashakré people of Keldoras. Quaitha is the largest peak on the southernmost range in the Keldoras kingdom and is the ancestral home of the Bloodfellow line. It is notable for being one of the only three cities where the snow serpents are bred and stabled for the Dragon-riders of Keldoras.
