Garland Brook manor

A dilapidated estate in the far-flung regions of the Northern Regard, the ramshackle manor is home to the landlord of the small town of Garland. Garland Brook manor is a once-fine villa now in disrepair for at least three generations. It skeleton crew staff serve the only master of the house: the young lord Tev. The family name Garland is prominently featured beneath a dusty coat-of-arms and young Tev resembles the regal subjects in the portrait paintings that adorn the halls.
